Are the apartments furnished?

No, we want our residents to feel at home by designing an apartment that best fits them.

Is transportation provided?

Yes, our concierge will be happy to transport you anywhere in a 15-mile radius of The Colonnade.  All we asked is that you set up an appointment with our Concierge in advance.  We also have scheduled shopping trip to local stores throughout the week.

Is there a curfew?

No, our residents are able to come and go from the community as they please.  Our main doors are locked between the hours of 8pm to 8am.  Residents are given a key to the front door to allow them to enter the community at any time.

Am I able to bring my own car?

Yes, residents are able to bring a vehicle with parking available around the building.

What is worry-free pricing?

Worry-Free Pricing is an innovative, all-inclusive program.  Most senior living communities charge for assistance with activities of daily living based on a complicated “point” or tiered Care-Level pricing.  At The Colonnade our residency fees include all personal care service offered to our Senior Living Residents.
